Insomnia Sleep Disorder Blues

Hi CantSleepers,

Barnaby here, and I’m once again singing the insomnia sleep disorder blues. Unfortunately, hypnotherapy did not work to cure my insomnia. I was hopeful for a while, but it appears my brief remission was due to the placebo effect, or for whatever reason was just a pause which has now ended. The past week has been quite difficult, and I have been lucky to get 4 hours of decent sleep per night. Lying in bed watching my wife sleep while I can not is quite frustrating, and I can feel the effects of my sleep deprivation the following day. Thus, I am now once again singing the insomnia sleep disorder blues.

However, I am not giving up. I know there is a cure out there that will work for me — I have just yet to find it. However, no matter how bad my insomnia gets, I know that others have even worse problems — so I shouldn’t complain. Yes, insomnia sleep disorder can seriously impact your life, but you can still lead a decent life with it. I am almost beginning to cope with my insomnia sleep disorder, and it is becoming just another part of my daily routine. This is not to say that I’d love to find a cure for my insomnia sleep disorder, and hopefully I will soon.

I shall keep everyone updated on my next avenues for a potential cure for my insomnia sleep disorder.

Cheers,

Barnaby

Hey Narisha!
Dont use sleeping pills! They stop working over time (as you can see) and they also possess nasty side effects!
I would recommend using natural products which do not have any side effects and do not harm your body in any way!

Try these out L-tryptophan (take one cap a night)
and
Prime Dream (take one cap a night 45min before bed)
Ive been using them for three years and they have helped me, so maybe they will do you some good!
Good luck!

I’m absolutely sure there is a way to cure insomnia. You can get rid of it. You just have to follow some tips without taking any medications. Your daily activities, your surroundings and mood affects your sleep and you have to do something about it first. Even the room temperature and lighting can affect your sleep. I would like to share the tips i followed when i was suffering from insomnia, and i guarantee you will recover from it, just like i did. Best of luck to you 🙂

Manatee meat works for me. Just a little nibble around 8 pom, and by 10 pm I am resting nicely, and asleep by 11 pm. I think it may be the tryptophan.

There are many causes of sleep deprivation. The stresses of daily life may intrude upon our ability to sleep well, or perhaps we trade sleep for more work or play. We may have medical or mental-health conditions that disrupt our sleep, and be well aware that we are sleep-deprived.“,,
