Can hearing problems affect sleep?
Is there a link between sleeping and hearing problems? I’d like to know if indeed there is because I’m a person who has the habit of sleeping with my ears pressed against a train window when I travel. This has been going on for years and I’ve noticed something unusual with my sense of hearing. I have also observed that when my ears are against the window, the sound levels when the train is moving are greater than normal. Now my problem is that when I sleep in bed, I still have a feeling of being on a train and it takes me some time before I can fall asleep.
