Nightmare Death - Can't Sleep, Sleeping Disorders

Nightmare death commonly occured among young adult male. Do you think this is cause by a sleep disorder or any other cause?

What do you mean? Are you talking about people who die in their nightmares and then wake up or people who die for real as a result of a nightmare?

I heard about nightmare deaths however there is lack of evidence to prove these type of deaths. Further most of the incidents are only written before 1920's, it is hard to figure out they are true or not.

I think that the notion derived mostly from myth and misuderstanding as opposed to any real basis in fact.

If someone dies in their sleep, how do you know they died from having a nightmare??

Or perhaps you are talking about something totally different - people seeing themselves die in a nightmare dream?

It's the latter -- die for real. Presumably as a result of a nightmare.
