Default Don't Want to Sleep?

Have any of y'all found that you can't sleep because you don't want to? At least on some level...

For a while, I wasn't sleeping at all and I couldn't figure out why. Then it dawned on me I was having nightmares nearly every night. And I'm not talking about just being chased or feeling unprepared or the other standards; I mean I was being killed in horrible ways each and every night. Why would I want to sleep with that going on.

Anyway...has anyone else ever experienced anything like that?

Yeah, I experienced these kind of weird stuffs during sleep. It happened with the saw movie and I had such dreams frequently now. The best thing is not to think or see something very worst before sleeping.

I think that I had more or less the same situation not so long ago. I simply did not want to sleep. Fortunately I hadnīt any dreadful nightmares during the nights. But I understood that I did not want to sleep because I did not like to waste time . At that period I had a very interesting work and that was the cause of the problem.

Some factor to consider why such sleep disturbance happens is because fatigue and severe stress, even too much caffeine intake can also contribute with problem. A sleep pattern must be manage in order to achieve a good sleep. Exercise and proper relaxation will somehow aid the problem but if not, then to consult a health professional is another option.

I experienced having nightmares every night for almost two weeks that I dreaded bedtime every night. I tried some calming techniques like putting candles in my bedroom, having aromatherapy and meditating. It helped me in more ways than I ever imagined. You can at least try doing those then hit me back for your feedbacks.
