I consider myself to be relatively healthy but I have a lot of problems with sleeping
I have had: sleep paralysis insomnia that lasted four days at a stretch migraines too much sleeping where I have felt the need to sleep for 10 or more hours a night for weeks at a time sleeping too lightly and difficulty staying asleep sleeping too heavy where nothing can wake me up sleep walking sleep talking I'm thinking that this must all be related somehow. |

Probably because of stress. Depression is also a contributing factor that these symptoms appear.
