Over the last few months I have developed an annoying problem.
I will go to sleep at the regular time, then wake up after 2 or 3 hours and not be able to to get back to sleep. I can barely function the next day. Has anyone else gone through this? |

This has happened to me beforre. the best thing to do is try and not get stressed about it or you will never get back to sleep. I still don't know why it happened, but my sleeping pattern did return to normal again after a while. I think it was just because I was so tired that I slept through the night again.

Welcome to my life Amanda. I have had this problem since the age of 9. Sometimes I can't get to sleep at all and just stay up the whole night, and other times I fall asleep fine at first and like you am up after an hour or two and can't go back to sleep.

I can understand if this problem occurs to someone who is 55 years old or more. For I believe that at around 55 a normal person's strength is declining. But for a nine year-old, it should be unsual, except if it runs in the family.
