Default Wondering if these disorders are linked some how.

I was just wondering if anyone else has any ideas or information on whether these disorders are linked. I have been experiencing sleep problems since I was a child. It started then with nightmares with night sweats, insomnia, and sleep walking (which I still do sometimes today). As I got into my early 20's I started having sleep paralysis. I cannot move anything and it feels as though something is holding me down and I see, most of the time, a man in my room whom I think is going to hurt me and my children. It is the worst thing ever to experience. I cannot even speak, all that comes out is a whisper as I usually try to yell for my husband. Once I had the man in my room tell me that he was not my husband. Then I moved my pinky finger and was able to move. I got up out of bed looking for someone in my home (at that time I did not know what sleep paralysis was). Lately, I have been having migraines. I was diagnosed by my doctor 6 months ago. I also will have episodes where I am clenching my teeth so hard in my sleep that I will be able to try to put my hand in between my teeth for fear that my teeth will shatter. I did not know whether this is bruxism or some type of seizure. (My mom had seizures as a child). I wonder if all of this is linked in some way. If you have any information or ideas please let me know. I have not seen a neurologist or told anyone about the sleep problems other than my mom and husband. I do notice that most of it revolves around not getting enough sleep (the birth of my children-I always had sleep walking episodes and the sleep paralysis and working third shift and trying to sleep during the day-gave me horrible insomnia and sleep paralysis).

I would appreciate any input.
