I have heard that natural living, exercise, and a healthy lifestyle, essentially going super-healthy and possibly even vegetarian, or at least all-organic can really help.
I'm a bit apprehensive about going that far to get some sleep if it doesn't work, but if it does, I'd be willing to give it a go. Anyone here tried it? If so, what are the effects on your sleep patterns if any? |

I haven't tried it but I have heard that and it makes sense. If you treat your body the way it's SUPPOSED to be treated, by exercising, eating healthy and naturally, and spend the normal amount of hours awake and occupied, it would only stand to reason that sleep would come naturally as it should.

I had tried organic foods along with consistent exercises for a month and I could feel the effects of it clearly. I rarely got tired and could do job more efficiently .However not many of my friends who took the same diet as me experienced same effects.
