I can take it, and it works great for me, but if I don't set aside enough time (at least 8 hours) I end up tired for all the rest of the next day.

Have any of you tried Benadryl as a sleep aide, or something that contained it's active ingredient Dyphenhydramine Hydrochloride?

All of these have more than 2 Bendryl per dose, usually 50 mgs. I have taken it for combination pain as well. and when I have an allergic reaction, Boy it does do a good job of putting you out! " may cause some drowsiness" is an understatement.

I really don't mind feeling all "laid back" the next day, as long as I don't have too many tough deadlines to meet!
